Heat Resistant TemperKote CUI-HS FCC
 
Description: Flame Control TemperKote CUI-HS Industrial Hi-Heat Corrosion Resistant Coating is a High-Build, VOC compliant coating designed to prevent corrosion of metal surfaces under thermal insulation. The coating withstands severe thermal cyclic conditions to 1200ºF (649ºC), boiling water immersion and wet-dry-wet thermal cycling. It is specially formulated to form a tenacious protective bond to a variety of metals, providing maximum corrosion protection under various types of thermal insulation. TemperKote CUI-HS has the additional benefit of being formulated for application to Hot Surfaces. The primer can be applied to metal exhibiting temperatures from ambient to 400ºF (204ºC).

Intend use: Wherever maximum resistance to corrosion under thermal insulation and sever thermal shock is required, combined with the need to coat equipment that is still in-service. Can be used to protect metal surfaces of insulated equipment where operating temperature will not exceed 1200ºF (649ºC). Not recommended for use on the inside of ovens, stacks, etc.

Heat Resistant TemperKote Universal Primer FCC
 
Description: Flame Control TemperKote Universal Industrial Hi-Heat Corrosion Resistant Primer is a VOC compliant primer designed to impart corrosion resistance in severe environments. The primer withstands severe thermal cyclic conditions to 1200ºF. It is specially formulated to form a tenacious protective bond to a variety of metals, providing maximum corrosion protection under TemperKote600, 600HS, and 1000 color stable topcoats.

Intend use: Wherever maximum resistance to heat, humidity, and weather is required. Can be used as a primer under TemperKote 600, 600HS, or 1000 on heaters, stacks, boilers, breeches, mufflers, radiators, storage tanks, pipelines, steam lines, etc., where operating temperature will not exceed 1200ºF (649ºC). Not recommended for use on the inside of ovens, stacks, etc.

Heat Resistant TemperKote1000 FCC
 

Description: Flame Control TemperKote1000 Industrial Hi-Heat Coatings are based on100% silicone resin. The coating air dries within 30 minutes and can ship in the ‘air dry’ state in 24 hours. TemperKote 1000 in the air dried state will cure when the coated equipment is placed in service.

Intend use: Wherever maximum resistance to heat, humidity, and weather is required. Can be used on heaters,stacks, boilers, breeches, mufflers,radiators, storage tanks, pipelines,steam lines, etc., where operating temperature will not exceed 1200ºF (649ºC).

Solids by Volume: 40%  Thermal Stability: 1200ºF (649ºC)

Heat Resistant TemperKote600 FCC
 

Description: Flame Control TemperKote 600 Industrial Hi-Heat Coatings are based on a thermally stable silicone modified acrylic resins. The coating air dries to a tough, hard, weather and heat resistant finish.The curing mechanism is a unique combination of solvent evaporation and resin crosslinking.

Intend use: Wherever maximum resistance to heat, humidity, and weather is required. Can be used on heaters, stacks, boilers, breeches, mufflers, radiators, storage tanks, pipelines, steam lines, etc., where operating temperature will not exceed 600ºF (315ºC).

Solids by Volume: 40%  Thermal Stability: 600ºF (315ºC)

Spreading Rate per Coat: 320 sq. ft./gal (7.8 m2/L)

Colours:Available in a wide selection of colours
